OPEN POSITION: Senior social media & brand Executor
He or she will take the roles of:
Senior Copywritering experience. (If you are not obsessed about direct response; have not written a direct response sales letter or script that generated 5-figures; or your copy has not been used in Facebook ads to sell tens of thousands of dollars worth of product, this is not for you.)
Social Media Specialist (Must have run large social media accounts and have graphic design experience)
Executive Assistant. (Must have executive level experience with a major celebrity and/or a CEO of a 5-year old company. Must have excellent communication skills, and love for videography and social media as that’s part of your boss’ life).
Sales Consultant. (Must have sold over the phone as a primary occupation for a minimum of four years. Education industry and a consultative sales approach preferred)
STEPS TO APPLY

Film a video of yourself talking about which role you are applying for, and why you want the job. Also tell us about your favorite job you’ve ever had, and about a project you’ve had that didn’t go well and how you handled it. Keep the video under 3 minutes.
Post the video on YouTube (you can keep it as an “unlisted” post so only people you give the link to can view it) or send us a Google drive link to view.
Write a 1-page cover letter telling us briefly about your relevant background and experience; why specifically you are passionate about personal development and working with Jen; and what your desired starting salary range would be. If you miss any of these points, we cannot consider you.

If we are interested, we’ll reply within 3 business days and ask you to interview with us via Zoom. One of Jen’s team members will have a conversation with you or Jen will directly do that in the case the application is exceptional.
