Job Overview

Looking to hire a full-time Social Media Manager to manage a few Instagram accounts.

This will involve: planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for executing our Social Media strategies in order to increase online presence and improve leads and sales.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy

  • Daily engagement on the Instagram accounts.

  • Growing the audience and finding new accounts to follow which are Directly related.

  • Manage social media content and calendar.

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

  • Use social media marketing tools such as Later

  • Write exciting and attractive captions directly related to the post.

  • Selecting the proper hashtags for each post. 

  • Ability to generate leads.

  • ability to create a feed layout strategy

Requirements and qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing social accounts.

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media platforms.

  • Extensive knowledge of Instagram insights.

  • Experience with doing audience research, and competitor analysis.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt.

  • Good time-management skills.

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Exceptional skills in social media writing, including the use of hashtags.

  • Must be available in EST timezone, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
