We are looking for people with strong English skills who are familiar with email and providing support.
You will be provided a setup, including browser extensions, accounts and everything else needed to work.
Payments will be weekly, with a monthly bonus for providing results.
The main purpose of this job is to contact support teams of our clients in order to verify response times, friendliness and other metrics.
You will be required to keep track of a spreadsheet stating all the work you have done and the current status of the projects.
We are looking for workers who can do 4-6 hours per day, but we are flexible and we can accommodate to what's best for you.
