We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for Data Entry assisting with HR and recruiting.
The perfect candidate will have an eye for details and strive for accuracy. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and filing documentation! We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and excellent at multitasking. Organization and time management skills are a must!
Job responsibilities may include:
Reviewing Excel workbooks and documentation for accurate information
Data entry to new and current employee documentation.
Confirming excel sheets for weekly payroll.
Sending pre-typed mass messages.
Additional projects as needed.
Highly proficient with Excel
Verbal and Written communication skills (English language)
Attention to detail
Ability to work 9am-5pm EST hours Monday through Friday
