Peak Biome is experiencing rapid growth and we’re expanding our customer support phone sales team. We’re looking for people with a minimum of 1-year phone sales and customer support experience, although preferably more.



This is a full-time, remote position.



About the Role



In this role you’ll be the voice of our brand. You’ll interact with customers through both customer service functions (like answering questions and refunding orders) but also in a sales role (ie: turning questions into sales, saving sales, and improving average order value for those who order).



You’ll also be performing outbound calls, including welcome calls, promotional calls and helping troubleshoot ordering issues with customers who tried ordering but couldn’t.



We’re looking for people who are driven to succeed but who will also create a positive experience with each of our customers. You should be able to accurately and efficiently address customer needs, yet also improve phone sales to drive additional revenue.

  • You should love interacting with customers and put their needs first

  • You have great listening skills and can understand the needs (or complaints) of customers before offering them the best possible solution

  • You’re polite, reliable, knowledgeable and adaptable, yet ambitious and passionate about selling

  • You’re tech savvy enough to work with multiple customer service software programs/CRMs

  • You have exceptional communication skills including a minimal accent (if any), active listening, and friendly/upbeat telephone manner

  • You’re autonomous/independent and enjoy working with little supervision

  • You can follow directions and stick to the procedures/systems we have in place

  • You can resolve conflict and diffuse tension from customers

  • You love to learn and can learn quickly

  • You should work well in a team setting with other teammates

  • You should be gritty and driven to succeed

You have great Internet reliability and can pass a speed test (must pass to be offered employment)

You have a quiet and private place to work

You can work in a timezone (9-6 EST)
