Overview

We are looking for a versatile Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our client while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you are expected to be efficient with technology, be able to communicate well with multiple channels, be organized and keen on details. You will also provide excellent service, support, follow-through, and administrative tasks with the purpose of delivering an exceptional client experience.

 

Job Responsibilities:


  • Establish an effective marketing/social media strategy 

  • Manage Facebook and LinkedIn accounts (Ads and postings)

  • Content creation and creative writing

  • Graphic design, photo and light video editing for events and campaigns

  • Conduct competitive research and make recommendations

  • Client and product prospecting

  • Tweak and optimize WordPress website

  • Email and calendar management and organization 

  • Assist with personal tasks for the business owners. (personal appointments and event coordination)

  • GSuite - Google Docs and Sheets management and organization

  • Document meeting minutes, create action items, and assist the client with following up on those action items

  • CRM administration: updates and data entry

  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:


  • At least 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, handling assistant or administrative responsibilities.

  • Must have knowledge in basic legal terms and/or with at least 1 year experience as a social media manager in a law firm. 

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Suite or Google Docs, Adobe Premier or Rush video editor, Canva, WordPress/Elementor.

  • In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer (including webcam) with minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8gb.

  • A fast and reliable internet connection

  • Web camera for video meetings.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient.

  • Extremely self-motivated with strong time management.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and strong writing skills (English required).

  • Must be highly organized and open to a fast-paced, dynamic role.

  • Must be focused on keeping business owners organized and supported in their role.

  • Must be able to assist and act in a confidential capacity.

  • Must be a "go-getter", enthusiastic and a self-motivated individual.

  • Trustworthy and reliable.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet or beat deadlines with no errors.

  • Tech-savvy, eager and quick to learn new concepts.

  • Ability to anticipate the needs of others.
