Property Investory is a fun and exciting podcast that explores interesting stories of successful property investors and experts across Australia. Each week, you’ll hear surprising conversations that explore how these investors live an ordinary life doing extraordinary things allowing them to own millions of dollars worth of property.
We offer property opportunities to investors who get a better return compared to having money sitting in the bank.
We are currently going through an exciting phase and are looking for someone who will be responsible for acting as a point of contact and providing administrative support in the key priorities and objectives for the founder of the company.
This means that you are extremely comfortable with working using technology to effectively transition between different tasks, including: composing and answering emails, messages, and announcements; arranging schedules and preparing important documents; managing inboxes and applications the team uses; handling the social media profiles and other ad hoc duties; and assist with projects across the organization based on the priorities.
We are scaling fast and we are looking for someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment. This means that you have outstanding skills in time management, professional communication (verbal and written), attention to detail, and you are confident about your ability to solve problems. You are also particular in overseeing projects, tracking deadlines and budgets, and getting things done accordingly.
We want to work with someone who has a positive attitude and understands the value of teamwork and building relationships. To add, you are trustworthy and understand the importance of confidentiality, discretion, and integrity needed for this role. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
