A small global media business based in London, looking to hire a VA to support the Director/ Chief Explorer and his team in general marketing, administrative and social media tasks. Approx 10-16 hours a week (TBC) in the time zone. Monthly payment.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
• high level cold/warm calling to key personel to arrange meetings
• data entry / general admin
- proposal creation
- answering and sending emails
• diary and to-do list managment
• running social media management - creation of content and uploding on needed platforms
• website maintenance and using online tools such as Canva to create front covers, social media posts etc
This role would suit someone who enjoys the power of content, values social media marketing, understands the platform and can use initiative and share ideas whenever necessary. A high level of English is required and an easy-going personality.
