As a Talent Manager, you will be responsible for whole process of talent acquisition for all active openings of our website and execute an effective and fast recruitment processes to achieve recruitment KPIs.

For this role, a strong internet connection is required, along with recruitment experience using social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, also communication tools like whatsapp, zoom, google meet, webex, Microsoft team and Skype. 

Ultimately, you should be able to handle the recruitment projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. 

Responsibilities 


  • Perform full lifecycle talent acquisition (sourcing, networking, qualifying of profiles, as well as mapping and analysis of companies & industries)

  • Strategically utilize LinkedIn, networks, and research methods to source passive candidates

  • Ability to map relevant market sectors and identify target organizations-locally and internationally

  • Evaluate and make thoughtful decisions on a candidate's skill set for a requisition and her fit within the jobs’ requirements

  • Own and juggle multiple requisitions and maintain high quality/ maximum traction with direct managers at all times

  • Provide and receive necessary feedback to fine-tune talent searches and the end to end recruitment processes

  • Prioritize, organize and manage workload efficiently

  • Provide excellent services and follow-up regularly with candidates

  • Promote HTS’s corporate brand image both internally and externally

  • Update recruitment progress report

Requirements 


  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience

  • Energetic and entrepreneurial, you should enjoy fast pace environment and working directly with industry experts

  • A self-starter and multi-tasker with a sense of purpose who strives in ambiguity to find solutions

  • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel

  • Excellent time and data management and organizational skills 

  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills 

  • Proficient in business English

  • On the job training will be provided
