We are looking to hire a virtual assistant for a long-term project. The client is an Intuitive Life Coach & Spiritual Advisor looking to elevate features within the business. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about creating and maintaining administrative structure, systems, and processes as it relates to calendar management, email management, social media management, lead generation & follow-up, communication responses with new and existing connections, opportunity outreach, and managing subscriptions.
This role will assist the online business manager with an upgrade and relaunch of the client's business and will require a multifaceted individual that is eager to learn and grow within the company.
Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
Create posts, publish posts, and engage on various social networks, including Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram based on Social Media Strategy while using the client's language, tone, message to target the client's audiences.
Strategically create and repurpose content for blogs, launches, email marketing, and social media
Research materials and sources on topics related
Create marketing images such as flyers, social media post,s and landing pages
Assisting with live calls/webinars to handle all admin items such as ensuring the call is recorded, posting the link in the FB group, answering questions on chat and in the Facebook group, etc.
Monitor & manage incoming client communication. This also includes direct communication with clients on things including collecting testimonials, scheduling private coaching sessions, and various client needs follow-up.
Assist and moderate online community with answers to questions as well as engagement
A variety of as-needed tasks to support other team members and business initiatives
Be available to accommodate EST business hours, Monday - Friday.
Be available for weekly team meetings
Previous digital marketing experience, communications, or previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to evaluate, make decisions, and produce quality work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates excellent grammar, writing, editing, and English speaking skills.
Demonstrates excellent research skills.
Experience in writing engaging content with a sense of quirkiness in their writing
Tech-savvy, resourceful, and the ability to “figure things out”
Critical thinking skills; strategic thinker; understands strategic content marketing for specific target markets
Innovative; ability to “think outside the box” and discover/implement new methods
Managing Processes Experience (or willingness to learn)
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
Basic understanding of SEO on-page elements
Effective project manager & multi-tasker
Detail-oriented and organized
