We’re hiring two new virtual assistants, aka our Admin Extraordinaire. We are an online business management company providing assistance filling in where business needs are not met. The ideal candidate has a mix of administrative and creative skills. Must have an eye for design, great writing skills, and be fluent in Google Suite, Canva, Microsoft Suite, social media scheduling, etc.

Communicative. You have strong communication skills, and are comfortable communicating on the phone, via email, and text. You strive to be polite and positive in your professional interactions, no matter who you’re engaging with. You take information and synthesize it into something that is visually appealing and easily understood. You must be fluent in English.
Curious. You ask questions and look for opportunities to learn and grow. You enjoy figuring out things that don’t have easy answers almost as much as you enjoy finding out there’s a better way to do something. When you’re given a topic to research, you spend time truly investigating rather than giving Google a cursory glance.
Manage social media content for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter including but not limited to content creation and curation, post schedule and strategy, as well as engagement
Responsible for social and email marketing including FB Ads, creating flyers, posts, and other marketing material
Monitor & manage incoming client communication. This also includes direct communication with clients on things including collecting testimonials, scheduling private coaching sessions, and various client needs follow-up.
Client and Email management including the use of a CRM
Content writing and repurposing for blogs, social media posts, emails, and newsletters
Able to complete research and outreach as needed
Managing/moderating the FB group -This role could also encompass FB ad campaign creation, design, scheduling, implementation
Assisting in Onboarding Process
Email and schedule management
Other admin duties
At least 1 year of experience with social media management
Canva and other photos/video editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc)
Paid marketing channels and technologies experience for social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more)
Must be fluent in English in speaking and in writing
Responsive, assertive, passionate in this kind of work, detailed-oriented and organized
Terms of Employment:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10 am-6 pm EST
