I am looking for a Shopify store manager and marketing to handle my business.
Excellent knowledge and expertise in managing a Shopify account
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Required)
Experience in replying to customer question and concern email
Experience in handling customer service concerns is Required
Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, reamaze, etc) is a plus
Experience with Facebook Ads or Google Ads is a plus
Proficiency in writing (product descriptions, ad copies, landing pages, etc) is an advantage
*Sending and responding to emails
*Collecting information off websites
*Handle shopify orders
