THE JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

You will be involved in assisting with excel data inputting, powerpoint presentation creation and general administration tasks to help the CEO. 

You will represent the company and therefore you must have excellent spoken english, a positive and helpful attitude and have experience working in customer services. There will be instructional videos to watch to show you how we work.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE 

 



  1. We need someone who is available to work mainly in the week though some tasks will need to be done over the weekend.




  2. We need someone who can work at least 10 hours per week




  3. Ideally you will have a degree in business or relevant subject and/or at least 2 years experience as a customer service agent for a UK or American based company




  4. Role Specifics:



    1. We need someone who is comfortable with handling calls about customer inquiries and issues over the phone.




    2. You will need to be excellent in Excel and Powerpoint.




    3. You need to be able to pay attention to detail and have the ability to follow instructions carefully.




    4. Fluent in spoken and written English (ideally UK English)




    5. You should be self-motivated, accurate and efficient. 




    6. Productivity is key- ability to focus and get on with the task at hand.




    7. You should have a positive ‘Can Do’ attitude and enjoy problem solving and getting things done!




    8. You will be expected to contribute to the continual improvement of or the tasks for which you are responsible









 

HOW THIS ROLE ADDS VALUE TO OUR COMPANY

 

After a period of developemnt you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You will therefore add value by making a great first impression and making our clients and customers feel heard and cared for.

Doing this will increase the goodwill from our existing and new customers which will lead to referrals and repeat business.



 

WHAT VALUE WILL THIS ROLES GIVE YOU

 

You will gain experience in working with clients from different backgrounds and industries. You will be trained as a first line-support consultant to aid clients directly or escalate issues as appropriate.

You will gain experience in presenting to teams during internal meetings and you’ll be helping to develop our customer service system and products by getting involved in product development meetings.

You will be encouraged and paid to undertake training and certification to develop yourself professionally.

 



 





 

PAY AND BENEFITS 

 



  • Pay rate: 3 USD per hour




  • You will get paid monthly via Paypal/ Bank Transfer




  • Bonuses will be paid for exception work




  • Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the company




  • You will be given holiday and sick pay




  • We pay a 10% end of year bonus in December (pro-rata)
