Job Overview

I'm looking for a Part Time (20 hours / week) to assist me with my Real Estate Business

Foundational Skills needed:

1) Excellent spoken and written English

2) Knowledge of GoogleSheets, GoogleDocs

3) Ability to do research on google, social media sites and company websites

4) Phone calls to gather information (calling the Building Departments for towns we work in, rental buildings, etc....)

5) Familiarity with using a CRM (we are using KV Core, but we can train you if you don't know how to use ithat one already)

6) Understanding of basic marketing practices, such as how to set up an email drip campaign 

7) Basic CANVA skills 

Bonus Skills

8) Experience in Real Estate Appointment Setting 

 

You wil lbe expected to track your time for each of the tasks you are given.

Ability to use Zoom or Ring Central for video calls

Good WiFi a must.

 

Our desired hours: Monday-Friday  8AM - 12PM Eastern Standard Time (I am  based in NJ)

1 month paid trial period at $200 US Dollars per month to determine if you are a good fit. 

We will do 4 equal payments during month 1 (Depending on start date, on the 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th)

If we decide to continue beyond 1 month, months 2-6 will be $210 per month, and months 6-12 will be $225/month.

Room for growth! Right now this is Part-Time, but this can develop into a Full-Time position.

We will give you paid time during your work hours to watch training videos to learn the industry specific software we use.
