Greetings,

My name is Real Estate Rod and I am a real estate investor in San Antonio, Texas that is currently running a successful real estate investment operation which I have been operating for the past 6 years by myself with no team or help. Because I have finally decided to expand nationwide, I am now seeking a Virtual Filipino Operations Manager to partner with me as my trusted, loyal and dedicated right hand, go-to manager to help in this expansion. The immediate objective wil be to build a team of skilled sales men and women to focus on our current market of San Antonio, Tx so you, the operations manager can gather all the necessary skills and understanding of this business so we can then effectively begin to expand our marketing & sales throughout major metropolitans across the United States!

I have been running my real estate business for 6 years as a solo entreprenuer with massive amounts of success and now is the time for me to begin building my team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals to assist in growing my operations nationwide by starting with my most important team member which will be YOU, my Operations Manager!

This position will be giving to the right individual that will earn it through hard work, skilled and top-notch performance, expert decision making and fearless execution.

This position will begin at the bottom of all tasks and duties of the company in order to learn, comprehend and master all the necessary roles that the Operations Manager will be hiring and training near-future team member to conduct.

Some of the tasks will consist of:


  • calling cold and warm leads to qualify them

  • aggressively persuing hot leads in order to win the deal.

  • persistently following-up with all leads to get them to do business with us and not the competitor

  • drafting and sending contracts to prospects

  • uploading deals to the company website for advertising

  • calling, texting, and emailing buyers to all of our deals in order to generate revenue

  • weekly assisting the title company in whatever way needed in order to complete all our transactions

  • cold calling investors in order to sell our deals and/or to nurture relationships for future deals

  • documenting all the procedures the team performs that brings results to create a training manual and standard operating procedure playbook

  • find, recruit and train new team members

  • implement strategies that come from me the CEO in order to expand our operations

  • compile marketing lists and format them for lead generation

  • facilitate marketing campaigns and track the results

  • weekly train and improve your skills in order to improve your performance so you can document your best practices and teach to all new team members

As you can see, you will be learning the entire real estate business by being my right hand while we both build the operations together into a national organization with the end goal of being an international corporation, with the Phillipines being one of the countries we will expand to when the time comes.

This position that I am hiring for will be taking seriously so if your desire is just temporary pay DO NOT APPLY.

You will start from the bottom to prove your loyalty and skills.

The pay will start low and increase by $0.50 every 2 months until you reach your 12 month mark. You will also be receiving weekly commissions and bonuses throughout your tenure.

After your 12th month of employment you will have be promoted as the official Operations Manager after proving your 12 month proficiency as a trainee. Your pay as the official Operations Manager will be DOUBLED to $1600 per month on top of your regular commissions and bonuses. Keep in mind that as the team grows, you will be earning bonuses off of their performance.

 

The hiring process will be simple:


  • Submit a recording of you reciting a sales script

  • Submit proof of your workstation that must meet certain requirments

  • Submit 2 DISC assessment tests

  • Submit a resume or past work history

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:


  • EXCELLENT English Accent

  • Ability to Work Overnight, FULLY ENERGETIC 

  • Computer with Windows

  • 2 monitor screens

  • Great Internet Connection (constant internet dropping leads to instant termination)

  • Backup Internet Connection

  • Backup Power Supply

  • Noise Cancelling Headphones (background noise leads to instant termination)

  • Ability to Memorize 3 Sales Scripts

  • Data Entry While Talking On Phone

  • Ability to recruit and train new employees

  • Willingness to constantly learn, train and grow

  • Fearless attitude even though you may feel some fear

  • Dedicated Attitude to win, succeed and do whatever it takes to become victorious in whatever the task in front of you may be

  • Longevity with Company

 

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK:

Monday – Friday

12pm – 8pm Central  USA Time Zone

Full-time (40hrs/week)

Paid Weekly 

 

YOUR PAY

Months 1 & 2:      $2.50   per hour PLUS Commissions PLUS Bonuses

Months 3 & 4:      $3.00   per hour PLUS Commissions PLUS Bonuses

Months 5 & 6:      $3.50   per hour PLUS Commissions PLUS Bonuses

Months 7 & 8:      $4.00   per hour PLUS Commissions PLUS Bonuses

Months 9 & 10:    $4.50   per hour PLUS Commissions PLUS Bonuses

Months 11 & 12:  $5.00   per hour PLUS Commissions PLUS Bonuses

Months 13+:        $10.00 per hour PLUS Commissions PLUS Bonuses

COMMISSIONS:

$3 per lead paid out weekly

BONUSES

$50 bonus for every sale the company completes.

*The more people we hire, the more opportunity you will have to earn more bonuses.

 

REMEMBER:


  • This position you must earn and will have to be dedicated in order to succeed. You will be building a business from the ground up from what i have already built. 

  • Your firt 12 months you will be in a trainee role proving yourself.
