Position: Sales Voice Agent

Starting Pay rate: $4.38/hour

As a Sales Agent, you will be a part of our a dynamic and collaborative team providing an amazing customer experience and generating new sales and sign-ups in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment.

 

Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work nights & weekends.

 

Potential candidates should be excited to shake up a stale industry by providing personalized and helpful support to potential new users interested in leaving their current phone carrier and joining Wing.

 

As a Sales Agent, you will be on the front lines of new customer signs up and tasked with educating users on the Wing product and offerings. Applicants should be quick-learners, have a super friendly personality, be sales-driven and able to communicate technical terms and services in a simple, helpful way with speed.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Responds to leads/customers via various internal customer relationship management tools - chat/call

2. Communicates directly with a large number of prospective users each day to answer all questions and effectively educate them on Wing’s products and services to land a sale. 

3. Learns internal functions  to be able to handle key user needs. 

4. Meets overall performance metrics and standards set by the management team

5. Perform related work as required

 

Requirements:

-Customer Service Experience

- At least two years experience working in a call center environment preferably in Telecom Industry and Sales Department

 

Communication Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

 

Technical Skills

- Comfortable learning new software and computer systems

- Understands and knows how to use common customer service and information management platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Avoxi, Notion (Preferable)

 

Organizational Skills

- Adaptive with the ability to multitask

- Strong organizational and time management skills

 

Hardware Requirements

- Fast and reliable computer and internet connection

 

Working Hours

- Flexible schedule; able to work evenings and weekends
