Adaptive VAs Staffing is the youngest company under Fortis Consulting Group and its mission is to provide highly skilled and talented Virtual Assistants to small and medium enterprises in the We also aim to provide employment to highly qualified Filipino VA’s with competitive compensation packages.


Founded by Allen Magtibay, a Veteran who spent 20 years on active duty. He started his career in the US Army as a Medical Service Corps Officer then transferred to the US Public Health Corps. Throughout his military career he served as a project manager overseeing various size teams that supported multimillion dollar projects. After retiring from the military, he became a consultant before later finding his true calling as an entrepreneur. He started his 1st business venture a few years back and has grown it to a million-dollar company. As he expands and builds more businesses, he is now urgently looking for a Managing Director who can assist and help him manage multiple start-up companies simultaneously.

  • Hours and Compensation:

This is a full-time position (40 hours / week)

The position starts at $750 USD/month, depending on experience level. Plus, the opportunity for monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses. Equity in the company is also a possibility based on performance and revenue growth.

  • A highly experienced project manager with HR background who understands the ins and outs of taking a project to completion and is a champion of hiring for success.

  • Highly motivated with keen attention to detail and is passionate about creating and following SOPs, building a team and delivering the best service to clients.

  • Experienced in the field of hiring Filipino Virtual Assistants and knows how to spot a highly skilled VA and hold hired VAs accountable in delivering all agreed upon the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Senior level manager with excellent writing and verbal skills. Should have experience working with US based clients.

Job Summary:


  • Implement People and Culture vision and strategy for our start-up through actively participating in the respective leadership team.

  • Create an engaged and skilled workforce through the development of our vision, strategy and action plan aligned to our business strategy goals.

  • Responsible contributor for providing leadership, project management expertise and direction in all phases of the transition of a particular work stream or process.




  • Create overall project plan that includes action plans, timelines and key contacts for various project delivery by creating and exceeding project baseline and managing risks & issues

  • Lead in the development of the company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that will drive and shape how we conduct business

  • Provide overall status updates on a regular basis.

  • Develop the various job descriptions used in recruiting new staff and put into place performance plans to monitor performance.

  • Manages scope, mitigate risks, and facilitate change across multiple large-scale projects/clients.

  • Assists in defining and monitoring project status related to key project goals Profile calibration, recruiting, Training, Metrics)

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously depending on complexity

  • Ensure all transition deliverables are complete, on time and of high quality

  • Manage client database management program & system.

  • Create & update a business-operations manual and all job descriptions/employment contracts for any future hires.

  • Provide strategies on how to recruit and sustain the best VAs.

  • Assist in developing a marketing plan to find new business leads and grow the business.

  • Develop the various Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that will be used to help ensure we are providing high quality service to our clients.
