Job Overview

We are a boutique consulting and recruitment firm based in Toronto, Canada currently seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely (Eastern Time Zone).  

Responsibilities


  • Continous Collaboration through MS Teams/Skype/Phone

  • Checking client job opportunities from the portal

  • Publishing jobs on Applicant Tracking System and submitting qualified shortlisted candidates 

  • Address employees administrative queries

  • Provide customer service as first point of contact

  • Perform sales activities and cold calling

  • Respond to emails and phone calls

Requirements


  • Experience/knowledge of HR/recruitment agency business process

  • Familiarity with current technologies, like Desktop sharing, virtual desktop, MS Teams, Skype,  MS Share point

  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets MS Office)

  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling

  • Excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision

  • Available thorugh phone and online collaboration tools from 8:30AM-5:30PM EST

  • Will be available for daily standup meetings in the morning and end of day

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role

Nice to have



  • Prior exposure to HR/recruitment agency domain 

  • Prior sales and cold calling experience will be nice
