We are looking for a real estate virtual assistant to help our London, Lincoln UK and Singapore offices with general administration tasks and providing customer phone and chat support.
You MUST have a excellent phone manner and clean and clear conversational English style. Previously Call centre experience ideal.
NO COLD CALLING, you will be working with exisitng customers of the business.
We are a medium-sized property consultancy with a property lettings and management arm of around 1300 properties in the UK. Our owner is based in Singapore. Our General Manager in Singapore is Filipino and Owner is Aussie. We now have a team of 10 philippino staff working remotely complementing our UK based staff.
We are not your usual estate agency in that the majority of our business is selling new build and off plan developments as well as then managing them. We also do various developments and refurbishments around London and commuter.
Tasks will include:
Answer overflow phone calls and handle chat conversations.
Monday to Friday (no Weekends) Daily Shift start time will be from 1pm, 3pm, 4pm Philippino time, with 8 hour working day (40 hours per week) with a lunch break of 30mins.
Prepare reports for our Property Managers to undertake annual reviews of rent and valuations to be given to our landlords.
Compile data for our database which will be used on our website/s for graphs, charts and reports.
Undertake audits of online files to ensure team are following systems, present to management.
Supporting the General Manager Singapore, Group Managing Director, Director of New Homes and other management with regular reporting using our various internal systems including MS Excel, (Training given on these)
General Administration tasks in support of the business.
Other tasks as directed.
Salary would be full time monthly with 13th month paid on the anniversary of your year or Christmas (pro-rata).
Must have a good knowledge of MS Word and Excel including Google Sheets & Docs.
