Duties and Responsibilities:
Full reconciliation of accounts - ensure all records are accurate and account discrepancies are resolved within a specified turnaround time (TAT)
Collection of receivables and preparation of payments
Incidental tasks associated in clearing the outstanding amounts and discrepancies
Provide support to the Accounting Department as assigned by the manager
Qualifications / Skills:
Preferably 2 years accounting background with experience in invoicing / bookkeeping / collection of payments with over 1000+ transactions monthly.
Computer savvy (ie., ability to learn new accounting software quickly and with strong MS Excel skills - a plus if familiar with pivot/VLOOKUP formula)
Typing speed: minimum 40 WPM with at least 90?curacy (may take the typing test twice)
Attentive to detail, with good English communication skills and a teamplayer (maintain work camaraderie with fellow team members)
9:00 am to 6:30 pm GST (1:00 PM to 10:30 pm PST) Sundays to Thursdays; and
9:00 am to 1:00 pm GST (1:00 PM to 5:00 PM PST) Saturdays.
