Covatar is a US-based design studio that focuses on providing individual customers and businesses with high-quality graphic design and illustration services. We already worked with thousands of individuals across the United States and hundreds of companies, including big names such as Microsoft, Nasdaq, Workday, Spotify, and others.
Besides Covatar, we’re also running two more brands Nudsey and Sketchy Business. These subsidiaries focus on graphic design for specific groups of people and businesses.
We’re an international team of extremely creative digital artists, graphic designers, and art directors. We love everything about graphic design and illustration - it’s our bread and butter.
We’re looking for our next hero handling social media activities across all of our platforms and projects.
— Develop and write creative copy for projects including, but not limited to, website copy, emails & ecomm assets, promotional emails, blog and social media posts, PR kits, wholesale promotions, and other marketing materials.
— Work closely with the content production team, and cross-functional partners to lead concepts, drive clarity, and present creative solutions for texts.
— Responsible for completing basic trademark & competitive searches, as well as understanding the translations process and trafficking translations for assigned copy projects.
— Responsible for attending all copy status meetings (packaging, visual, web, etc.) and for assisting in the management of copy deadlines and assignments.
— Proof all copy to ensure accuracy of information and mechanics of writing, which includes punctuation, spelling, structure, and organization
— Correct and revise copy until approved and maintain history of all copy revisions throughout the entire project cycle.
— Update and maintain Copy Guide and Copy Glossaries with all new & approved copy.
— Must be able to prioritize while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
— Must always adhere to quality and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where innovation, creativity, a positive attitude, growth, passion, and fun are valued.
— Utilize a consistent, compelling, and brand-appropriate tone of voice throughout all communications.
— Develop familiarity with Covatar Inc. products and industry trends in order to identify features and benefits and ensure copy is thorough and accurate.
— Must be available to complete a written test assignment related to job requirements
— Must be able to meet English test interview via Zoom
— 2+ years of experience in copywriting and creative writing is a must
— Thorough understanding of the rules governing the grammar and usage of the English language as well as familiarity with standard reference texts.
— Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large volumes of data
— Excellent proficiency in writing English is required
— The capability of multitasking and working on multiple projects at the same time
— Strong time management skills, excellent verbal and communication skills
— High level of attention to detail and strong follow-through
— Strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and projects
— A Bachelor degree is required
— Ability to fully commit 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
— Flexible schedule. Must be set in advance and partially overlap with other team members.
