Job Overview

We're a US based Mortgage Company 

We need a Virtual Assistant to handle various administrative tasks for our company.

Timezone: 

We are located in Houston, TX and need someone working US based hours in CST

We would prefer working hours between 9AM - 6PM CST (8 hours)

Skills needed:

Fluent English Speaker 

All basic computer skills, include Email, Word Processing, MS Office Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook

Proficient in all major Social Media Platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Etc

Exceptional Work Ethic 

College Graduate 

Work will include things such as:

Handling Phone and Email inquiries to our company and routing them to the appropriate team members 

Data entry and upkeep on various systems 

Managing Email account for support desk and updating CRM

Running Reports on various company systems 

Sending notifications to team members as directed

Research for various company needs as directed
