Musician/Entrepreneur in need of a detailed oriented and very organized assistant who can help me grow and launch several projects. Someone who can handle a wide array of tasks from musical to clothing to real estate to bookkeeping.. I have many professional and personal projects that I need assistance with.
The assistant is punctual, has a strong work ethic, and is looking to grow and bring ideas to life.
Tasks would range from sending emails, making phone calls, picking up or dropping off supplies as needed. Need to think on your feet, need to be resourceful, responsible all that good stuff.
Hours are flexible but would like to start as part-time 20 hours/week.
Projects would involve writing, proofreading, marketing, and organizing.
Examples of projects & responsibilities include:
Online research, sending emails, making phone calls,
drafting and scheduling social media posts, and managing social media accounts.
Scanning, organizing, and paying bills.
Scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements.
Online shopping – making orders and completing returns.
· Incredible written & verbal communication skills. Written communication must be clear, concise, and easy to read and comprehend.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs etc.
