P O S I T I O N   D E S C R I P T I O N 

  • You will be in charge of communicating with potential team members and make sure our recruiting process is seamless and efficient.

  • Our Database is called ZohoRecruit. You would be managing the database ensuring our candidates profiles are updated and that all candidtaes in process receive feedback. 

  • Work with our Recruiters to ensure they continuously build the talent pipeline keeping multiple candidates in play at all times.

  • Daily you would proactivelycommunicate the status of each search to the company President and ensure the recruiters are on track. 

  • Upload requisitions and candidate information into ATS (Zoho Recruit) and keep meticulous records of all contact with both candidates and hiring managers. Keep ATS up-to-date.

  • Build and execute recruiting strategies which include job description review, candidate assessment, sourcing methodologies, research, proactive cold calling and candidate development, interviewer preparation and coaching, feedback collection, creation and negotiation of offers, and reference checking.

  • Will help source by using internet tools, job posting boards, and social media to generate a consistent candidate pool

  • Coordinate with candidates on scheduling and interview preparation

  • Manage communication with candidates and provide a positive experience

  • Provide excellent service to hiring managers and a great experience to candidates

  • Work closely with our recruiters to improve upon existing processes and programs and to develop and roll out fun, creative ways to acquire talent.

  • Track all candidates’ onsite experiences and serve as point of contact.

  • Assist with timely and accurate completion of data to all applicant tracking systems and docs.


P R E F E R R E D    S K I L L S E T S 

  • 2-4yrs experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Admin/Executive assistant with excellent scheduling skills

  • 100% Mandatory is minimum Intermediate skills in ZohoRecruit, prefer advanced skills

  • Must have experience scheduling interviews

  • Ability to learn quickly, jump in and be a self-starter!

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently.

  • Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail.

  • Able to adapt and pivot in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • A team player - you're willing to help out wherever needed.


COMPENSATION: will be depending on experience.
