Job Overview

We are in need of a part-time Client Growth Manager to take care of our clients. 


  • Customer Service follow-ups with new merchants

    • 3, 10, and 30 days follow-ups:

      • 3 day: introduction as a point of contact, answer general questions

      • 10 day: check-in, general familiarization with system capabilities, schedule appointments (if needed) with Onboarding Specialist for further training, inform the customer about PCI compliance survey

      • 30 day: confirm completion of PCI survey, educate further on Advantage or Essentials programming, assure clarity on systems and programs, offer long-term customer service access with contact details

  • Assist Onboard Specialist with Cases/Tickets:

    • Answering General Questions on inbound calls

      • Complete training on the platform to understand reporting

      • Submitting cases on the platform on any bank changes or Change requests on current merchants

      • This includes changes in address, phone numbers, and emails.

      • Understanding the Purpose of PCI and why it needs to be completed and assisting merchants in a quick walk-through on how to set it up.

  • Upselling Products/Equipment:

    • Being able to talk about other products we sell such as

      • Web Design

      • LOC/Loans for businesses

      • Digital Marketing

    • Upselling Readers/Terminals

      • Mobile card readers

      • Standalone terminals


  • Has an American or neutral accent

  • Proven customer service experience

  • Track record of over-achieving quota

  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

  • Experience working with Salesforce

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong listening and presentation skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent


  • Part-Time: 20 hours per week 

  • Time Zone: Eastern Time 

  • Monday-Friday
