Job Overview

I'm looking for a  part-time virtual assistant that is comfortable making calls to warm leads. At times, you make outbound cold calls. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRMs. Must be able to monitor an SMS campaign.

Need someone that has a keen attention to detail and be independent.

Skip tracing and data scrubbing is a plus.

Experience with Land Investing a plus

CSS or HTML or click funnel experience is a plus

Good speaking voice and open to correction when pronunciation is off.   If you can work around that, please apply.

VA Role:

Cold Caller




Provide efficient and effective administrative support

Contact potential clients via phone to gather information regarding properties for sale

Build rapport with prospects to overcome objections

Gauge seller's motivation and qualify leads

Calendar and schedule management

Property research and general research tasks

Communicate with leads and other stakeholders accordingly

Creating basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales)

Analyze process gaps and provide solutions or suggestions

Provide efficient customer service by entertaining inquiries and other concerns by dealing with all levels of people who may sometimes be a bit difficult to deal with

Establish routines and SOPs with the client for an efficient workflow

Other adhoc tasks as assigned



Real Estate, Sales, or Telemarketing experience is a plus

Strong English communication skills and comprehension

Positive, polite, and cheerful with good rapport building skills

Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Secretarial or administrative skills required (email, scheduling appointments)

Good spelling, punctuation, and grammar

Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, etc)

Efficient multi-tasking and time management skills

Ability to work as part of a collaborative team remotely

Must be very organized and detail-oriented

Service driven with excellent customer service skills

Creative problem solver and highly adaptable to client needs

Must be able to remain calm and confident in the face of rejection

Must be able to handle high-stress situations and accept criticism with grace

Excellent critical thinking skills

Commitment to learning, growth, and long-term collaboration

Special Requests: $3/hr first 30 days (trial period) $4/hr next 3 months, increases based upon experience

VA Schedule: 10 am to 2 pm Eastern Time New York
