Peak Biome is experiencing rapid growth and we’re expanding our customer service team. We’re looking for people with a minimum of 1-year customer service experience.



Here are a few MUST HAVE qualities we’re looking for...



Can think independently and solve problems quickly

Is organized and a fast learner

Is articulate in English

Loves to interact with people

Has great attention to detail

Can learn to solve problems on their own with limited help

Can multi-task and operate more than one customer service program at a time

Can follow directions and stick to the procedures/systems we have in place

IS NOT LAZY and can keep focused even while working from home

Can work weekends and/or nights



Having knowledge and experience with the tools below is a Plus:

* Clickbank

* Konnektive

* Freshdesk





Monthly rate: P25,000 (starting)



Work Schedule: US Hours



Minimum requirement for computer specs: i3 8th gen or i5 8th gen, 8GB RAM or more. You need to already have this type of computer specs before applying. We can't work with anyone whose computer has specs lower than the minimum specs mentioned.



You must own a noise-cancelling headset.



Internet connection: MUST BE STABLE for taking calls. MUST have a RELIABLE backup. (at least 10 mbps)



Must live in an area that has zero to minimum and rare power outages. MUST have a RELIABLE power source backup.



MUST HAVE NEUTRAL ENGLISH ACCENT.
