Waiting around for information or access isn’t something you do - when you need something to do your job, you are not shy about following up
You appreciate direct communication - you understand that you’re not always going to get a smiley emoji and you’re cool with that
You have a flexible schedule and don’t mind responding outside of ‘regular business hours when needed
You can easily manage communication coming at you in various forms - text, audio, Voxer, Facebook chat - all good
You’re a proactive problem-solver, and will always go to youtube or google to figure something out as needed.
Client Care - monitor & manage all incoming client communication, responding when you can and tasking to other team members when needed (Facebook groups, Facebook Messenger, Voxer, Email, etc.) This also includes direct communication with clients on things such as Collecting testimonials, scheduling sessions, various client needs follow-up.
Content Management- Managing social media content to maintain our online presence and communication with our audience, maintaining a database of content, repurposing content, etc
Inbox Management- manage all incoming communications via email, FB messenger, Website and IG
Program Support - assist with live calls/webinars to handle all admin items such as ensuring the call is recorded, posting the link in the FB group, answering questions on chat and in the Facebook group, etc. This also includes being present at live and online events to provide client support and support during the event.
Creating program reminders via email
Scheduling email campaign marketing, create landing pages
General Admin Support - a variety of as-needed tasks to support other team members and business initiatives, examples include but are not limited to:researchhelp with live and online event logistics reaching out to clients, affiliates, potential partners to schedule / coordinate activities setting up FB groups and scheduling FB reminders
EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE:
You have specific experience providing exceptional admin support for a busy online business
You are a seasoned Client Care expert - you’ll never leave clients waiting on an answer or resource and you’ll deliver with a smile
You are a proven problem solver - you can take care of business without always needing support
Your other clients would say you have excellent communication skills - you can be trusted to communicate on behalf of the CEO; you’ll likely do it better than she would
You are Google Suite savvy - you rock at all things Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive
You know your way around other basic online platforms such as Zoom, Asana (or alike), Facebook Groups / Messenger, Voxer, etc.
