Small financial services company is looking to hire a virtual assistance who can support the team with email marketing, research, and other everyday tasks. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who is available to work at least 20 hours per week.
Your main task will be assisting with setting up the CRM with email autoresponders for email marketing campaigns that will integrate with Social Media/website. Other tasks may include:
* Answering Customer Service Emails
* CRM Integration with Social Media
* Creating a New List in Email Marketing Software
* Adding and Removing Subscribers from Lists
* Editing Follow-up Emails and Auto-responders
* Editing / Proofreading Emails (with assistance, if needed)
I would prefer a few months of experience but I am willing to train the right candidate.
There will be a 90 Days Probationary period for us to work together to see if we are a good fit long term.
Fluent in speaking and Writing English, Good Communication skills, Organized, Prompt, Responsive, Punctual, Trustworthy / Honest, Professional. Previous copywriting or email copywriting experience a plus!
Virtual Assistant Requirements and Qualifications:
-Experience with PowerPoint, or Canva
-Ability to read and write notes in English
-Experience Using CRM and zoom
-Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (MS Office, Google Docs)
-Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (Google Calendar)
-Excellent time management skills
-Solid organizational skills
