Job Overview

ROLE:

Responsible for conceptualizing and designing digital assets, testing them, and optimizing them based on their performance.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·  Designing, producing, and managing interactive & actionable online content, including but not limited to funnel building, digital advertisement, posters, frameworks, social media, promotional artwork, and informative e-books.

·  Research & prepare briefs for each project and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders.

·  Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create designs that align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and standards.

·  Take ideas from concept to execution, working with project managers, design colleagues, information technologists, and content experts to deliver an effective user experience.

·   Create and conceptualize logos and style scape for products & funnels.

·  Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.

·  Propose design solutions to best communicate marketing objectives.

·  Ensure high quality deliverables and consistency in brand visuals.

·  Tracking of results from the assets put out to consistently improve & optimize results.

·  Assist others for creative thinking as well as brainstorming sessions.

·  Manage utilization and archive of all project assets.

·   Staying up to date on industry trends and the latest digital design software.

·  Improve existing assets by making suggestions, provide updated assets and implement approved changes.

·  Documenting and updating processes into Standard Operating Procedures

·   Constantly challenge and innovate the production of digital assets.

REQUIREMENTS:

·      Knowledge of digital marketing and design elements that make audiences tick.

·  Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences.

·  Strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities.

·  Willingness to work out of normal working hours if so required. Commitment to work and fast turnaround of designs

·  Ability for both manual drawing and computer-aided illustration or graphics creation

·   Highly proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Email, Microsoft Suite

·   Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.

·  A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.

·      Have the right equipment (Computer, laptop, storage) that is allocated to perform the roles and responsibility efficiently.
