We are investors looking to hire an assistant to help with our portfolio of properties. We need someone that help us list on various real estate sites such as Zillow, Hotpads, Avail, Zumper, etc. Our assistant should be able to communicate and work with our Property Manager to resolve maintenance issues, renew leases or increase rents, and other basic real estate duties. We also will need help with renovation of units, this includes working with contractors, vendors, looking for supplies and also coordinating schedules and making sure work is performed in a timely manner.
The assistant will help us communicate with other agencies and help organize contacts. They will help us answer any basic customer service questions that are directed to our general mailbox. You will help us find vendors that can assist us in resolving issues. You will also do research as needed. Being organized is a must and you should be able to multi-task easily and be able to work independently and think outside of the box.
You will also need to do data-entry and compile reports as needed. You will be reviewing and analyzing bills and statements and extracting data to create monthly reports.
