We are a Real Estate Investment Company that buys and sells Real Estate in the United States.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, well-spoken Acquisition Manager who has tremendous phone skills and has the ability to convert motivated leads into deals. You will be working a majority of the time on a computer and phone making phone calls and presenting offers to sellers, locking up contracts and repeating the process.



As an Acquisitions Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

 


  1. Converting Seller Leads into Signed Contracts

  2. Following up with Seller Leads Over the phone

  3. Updating and managing Follow-Ups inside of CRM (Podio)

  4. Updating CRM with notes, next actions, and pictures

  5. Multi-Tasking (Appointments, phone calls, etc)

  6. Logistical Coordination

  7. Real Estate Property Valuations and Estimates

  8. Build rapport with sellers, listen, solve problems, overcome objections

  9. Outbound calling, taking inbound calls, e-mail & text communication

  10. Defining processes and workflows

     

The following experience is relevant to us:



1. At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service

2. Reliable computer and noise cancelling headphone for appointments and calls

3. Experience in working with CRM B2C tool

 

Speaking ENGLISH is very important to secure this job position. Speaking SPANISH is a Huge Bonus $. Pay is $2 an hour for 20 hours a week with a potential to increase hours in the future.
