Busy Mom of 4 and full time employee who is also launching a consulting business is seeking a highly organized virtual assistant. The role initially will be part-time until we develop a good framework and list of tasks.
Initially I need help with the following - role may be expanded (both in time committment and complexity) depending on how it goes.
-Email inbox organization/filing/management
-update online filing system - implement new best-practices
-research & follow up on outstanding tasks (travel, tax refunds, other)
-research topics, present summary of findings
-other tasks as needed/agreed upon
My working timezone is UK (GMT), initially payment will be weekly via either PayPal or Transferwise (now called Wise).
Need high level of responsibility/trust, track record of high performance and razor sharp attention to detail. The scope of this role initially is smaller in size to establish trust/best ways to work together, but also as I grow my consulting business the scope could grow to full time and could be a partner of sorts in running the business for the right candidate.
