Some of the basic initial tasks will be:
**Enter reports from technicians to warranty companies for authorization
**Order parts for repair once authorized and send directly to the customers.
**Schedule return visits for technicians based on location.
**Follow up phone calls. English is very important.
**Respond to Email. English is very important.
Most of the tasks are very repetitive in nature but require detail orientation. Please respond with the words appliance force. The job and responsibilities will grow depending on the training period.
