Job Overview

The Social Media Manager is the primary person to execute all social media platforms: plan, coordinate, post, monitor, and report all metrics. The Social Media Manager will develop a deep understanding of social media algorithms.


You will be creating, optimizing, and deploying all social media strategies for our brand. You will create content that promotes brand awareness and drives growth. You will write and edit copy for social media, assist with scripts for SEO and social media, create content calendars, help manage influencer teams, manage social media giveaways, and be the true voice for our brand via social media.


You will be doing a variety of tasks, 


Your Top Tasks


*Posting on Social Media several times a day (IG Stories, IG Reels, YT Shorts etc)

*Manage Social conversation through comments and messages *Writing Articles

*Sending and responding to emails

Excellent knowledge and expertise in managing a Shopify account is (Preferred)

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Required)

High experience with managing other staff/departments is a STRONG advantage

Proficiency in writing (product descriptions, ad copies, landing pages, etc) is an advantage

Experience in handling customer service concerns is a plus.

Thorough understanding of SEO and Keyword strategies (Preferred)

  • Develop a strategy for increasing engagement across existing channels and building out new ones

  • Publish content on WordPress websites and optimize pages according to SEO best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with our content strategist, copywriter, designers, and Chief Strategy Officer to plan and execute our content calendar

  • Be the authority and champion of social media best practices

  • Determine and report on KPIs, developing ways to measure the impact

  • Build 30/60/90-day content calendar for the organization

  • Find new ways to build followers, reach, and engagement for social media channels and websites.

  • Assist in the production of content creation and other tasks  as needed.


Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.
