We are a Social Media Marketing company that helps businesses and brands grow by improving their social media marketing strategies.
Supporting and reporting to the CEO, the Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing high level email and admin management tasks. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, efficiency and commitment to completing tasks in a proactive and timely manner.
· Manage the admin email and inform the CEO of project enquiries and important email notifications
· Manage a range of administrative and executive management tasks; including sending out rates and replying to FAQs
· Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professional support with respect to sensitive business matters
· Managing the CEO’s schedule, diary, emails and telephone calls in an accurate, proactive and efficient manner; (assist with both business and personal matters).
· Coordinating and organising internal and external meetings, seminars, company social events and promotional material.
· Assist with email marketing strategies
· Apply to social media jobs on behalf of the CEO
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
The successful candidate will be a quick learner who possesses experience in a similar role with great attention to detail and advanced communication and grammar skills
This role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
