Job Overview

We are currently looking for a CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER who is willing to work in a virtual set up.

Responsibilities include:


• Client Communication - Resolve issued and Escalate as necessary

• Upscaling Agent Requirement - Upsell the value of VAs and add more hours/staff to Clients

• Client Surveys - Engage client to feedback response as part of process improvement

• Endorse Agent Requests for Additions/Replacements to Staffing

• Onboarding Support for Clients

• Resolve Client Bill Disputes

Agent Performance Management

• Daily Hubstaff audit of productivity and screenshots with activity

• Team Performance and Productivity Management

• Conduct Agent Onboarding

• Conduct regular coaching with assigned agents (at least once a week)

• Roster update and Performance Reviews

• Policies Implementation and EOD/EOW report inspections


- At least 2+ years experience in a Team Leader or Managerial Position

- Preferably but not required to have a background on working in a virtual setting

- Proficient in writing and speaking English

- Must be willing to work in night shift


-Internet Service Provider Subsidy $25.00/Month (based on hours) After 3 Months of Employment.

-HMO under Maxicare - After 6 Months of Employment

-Performance Merit Increase Up to $1.50 on top of your hourly rate for perfect attendance & performance after 3 Months of Employment.
