Content Creator Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, experienced, and organized content creator to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in creating new content and strategies to drive revenue and build brand recognition. You will help oversee the company blog, create videos, emails, e-books , promote company mission and goals through innovative content and campaigns, and support other internal teams with marketing and sales material.

Our work hours is Eastern Standard USA, New York 8 am- 4 pm. Although some task may be completed outside these hours to give you flexibility , team meetings, calling clients and prospects, etc needs to be done between these times.

Content Creator Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly marketing sale goals

• Meet or exceed monthly marketing goals ( unique visitors, new followers, ect.)

• Prepare comprehensive content strategies that align with company goals

• Help supervise and oversee the company blog

• Support sales team with up-to-date content material

• Plan, create, and oversee the content production of all sales and marketing materials

• Brainstorm and collaborate with team for new ideas and content strategies

• Build a strong following on social media; post innovative content

• Act as a community assistant manager on all social channels

• Create slide deck presentations and sales support

• Create schedule and calendar plans for content releases

• Create all online and print content materials and campaigns

• Create content on website, social media pages, email campaigns, and responses

• Monitor, track, and document content results; analyze data/returns/customer response

• Research markets and industries to compare strategies

• Collaborate with campaign managers, creative team, and designers

Content Creator Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, english, or related field

• 2-3 years experience writing for a large agency or corporation

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs

• Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO

• Extensive knowledge of the company, brand, and product preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
