Our company is Australia's leading women's clothing store, the collective is carefully crafted women's designer clothing selling tops, crops, bralettes, shorts, skirts, pants, dresses, playsuits and swimwear

About the role/ job:

  • Customer Service Support (Answering instagram messages, complaints and refunds, emails)

  • You will be working 40 hours per week, the shifts are flexible and negotiable hours

  • Rosters to be submittted daily (Roster sign in on skype)


To meet the requirements, the ideal candidate will have: 

  • Very Good english

  • Previous experience in customer service support

  • Previous experience working with an online clothing company.

  • Highly motivated with great attention to detail & highly developed all round interpersonal skills

  • Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to multi-task whilst meeting tight deadlines within a fast paced environment

  • Proficient in the use of social media tools Instagram


Key Performance benefits:
