The job is focused more on Sales Support, Customer Support by answering the inquiries from the multiple FB pages managed by the company. This includes filtering out inquiries daily, and encoding it in an excel format to generate Daily Inquiry Report, ranking each inquiry from priority to least priority. We need someone who also have a sales experience, and knows how to properly handle inquiries to turn them into possible prospects. All quotation request will not be part of the job, since we have inhouse office personnel, handling quotation request of our clients. The VA just need to update us on the status of each inquiry (sort our those asking for pricelist, quotation, mark them as followup, filter those spam messages) and update us on possible inquiries that can be turned into sales immediately, so we dont have to reply to each one but rather focus on the filtered out inquiries only.

Working Hours - Initially we want to hire a part time VA working for 4hours per day (between 10am to 12nn, and 1pm to 3pm) - Philippine time. This arrangement may be temporary and might eventually be converted to full time employment. Work is Monday to Saturday
Salary - we will pay the VAs weekly. For work rendered from Monday to Saturday, payment will be processed for 2-3 working days (business days)
