Your role will be maintaining the company books (using Quickbooks), managing daily operations of our vacation rental business and managing multiple online projects. Here is more details
Bookkeeping - You will be required to use Quickbooks to manage our company accounts. So, you are expected to have proficiency with bookkeeping & accounting. Responsibilities include
Executive Assistant - In this role you will have access to confidential company information. You may manage executive's emails, calendars, tasks list & partners. This additional responsibility will only be assigned if there's a proper fit.
