This person will work very closely with the owner who is in and out of the office. Candidate should be a go-getter, self-starter, extroverted, passionate, etc.

The ideal Office Manager will be experienced in managing a wide range of

Administrative and Executive support-related tasks and will be able to work

independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well

organized, flexible, and enjoy managing organizational effectiveness. The right

candidate will enjoy interfacing with executives, Marketing Directors, employees, and Seniors.




The following is a description of the work to be performed by the employee: 


● Data Entry - Gathers appropriate and accurate client information and move details to CRM (Insightly).

● Making follow up calls to senior clients and/or their families.

● Making outbound calls to local senior communites, care agencies, board and cares, placment agencies, and professionals to explain our services. 

● Maintains confidentiality of information concerning clients and family members; maintains high standards of privacy.

● Work accordingly with the Office Support Manager to manage business and client records.

● Sell Assisted Living Movers (ALM) items in inventory through online platforms to existing and prospective customers

● Manage accounts payable and receivable; communicate directly with customers and vendors to maintain cash flow movement.

● Reconcile bank statements; balance accounts through Quickbooks Online.

● Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date, edit, amend or create new chart of accounts or list items to ensure best practices are upheld based on company policy and procedure.

● Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
