Job Overview

We are looking for a female part-time (20 Hours per Week) / full-time (40 Hours per Week):

Skills Needed:


  • Proficiency in English (Speaking and Writing)

  • MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point)

  • Draft Business Communications

  • Research and Document Articles and Blogs

  • Video Editing and Voice-Record Videos

 

Job Duties:


  • Weekly recording / tracking of utility expenses, financials, timesheets, invoices and payments.

  • Extract daily reports and send email

  • Data entry / file import in systems

  • Review website, linkedin and sales profiles and suggest content changes / add new content

  • Write blogs content based on guidelines using technical documents (will provide assistance for completion of tasks)

  • Draft sales / marketing emails to targetted audience

  • Draft social media content (text, images, videos)

  • Looking for committed and responsible candidate.

 

Timezone:


  • Eastern Standard Time (New York / Toronto)

  • Full Time 8 AM - 12 PM (4 Hours) and 7 PM - 11 PM (4 Hours) Philippines Time

  • Part Time 8 AM - 12 PM (4 Hours) Philippines Time

Payments:


  • 28th of Every Month (In case of Monthly)

  • 14th and 28th of Every Month (In case of Bi-Monthly)
