We are a USA based computer consultant company serving a variety of industries, with an emphasis in instagram and facebook marketing and management. We are seeking an experienced content creator to join its growing team in this full-time position.


Job Requirements:

  • Must have experience managing multiple accounts for multiple companies. We are a consultant firm so it is important that the perfect candidate has experience in various industries.

  • Ability and desire to work 5 days a week from any location from home

  • Bachelor’s degree recommended

  • Strong content creation skills

  • Experience with Canva and video editing software a required

  • A love of witty, pithy writing, and editing with an innate attention to detail. Must be able to write in a conversational, clever tone. (Show us your personality in your resume and cover letter!)

  • A sense of humor and interest in trending topics on social media

  • A passion for social media

  • Must have a knowledge of marketing and social media ad management

  • Honesty, ethics, trustworthiness PRIORITY. The perfect candidate has experience with handling sensitive information.

  • Desire to go above and beyond to grow the social media accounts of our clients. 

  • 1+ years of experience with social media management a plus – additional understanding of Facebook/Instagram/Linkedin and their specific algorithms and analytics is a essential.

Pay Structure:

  • Bi-weekly base pay

  • Ability to earn additional bonus for exceeding goals and taking on more client projects can lead to an additional compesation.

  • Uncapped income over time

  • With time, the ability to grow further within the organization in scope and pay is possible.

Daily Job Duties:

  • Reporting directly to the Director and CEO

  • Produce creative social media content (graphics, memes, stories, reels, videos) for multiple clients on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

  • Use tools such as Canva and Filmora for visual/video creation and HootSuite for scheduling posts

  • Write engaging, grammatically correct, copy to fit the “voice” or “avatar” of each client

  • Managing client ads and pivot marketing to generate more targeted leads

  • Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings, and contributing creative ideas for content

  • Client management including guiding the monthly social media strategy, leading weekly calls, and producing monthly reports

  • Generally supporting your co-workers and team to ensure client satisfaction

  • Long and short days occur with timelines and deadlines. The ideal candidate must be hungry to grow personally and professionally in this growing industry with an industry leader.
