Job Overview

Teach Around is looking for a Recruitment Assistant to support our recruiting and onboarding activities! This job requires a self-diciplined, hard-working, people person to start immediately! Massive potential for income earning while working from home, as well as potential for progression within the company (higher comissions, bonuses, and more)!

Recruitment Assistant responsibilities include scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining candidate databases and handling paperwork. Ultimately, you’ll help us hire efficiently and keep our hiring process running.

If you have some experience in recruiting and you’re an excellent organizer and communicator, we’d like to meet you.

 

FULL TIME ROLE - 40hrs/week



Probationary Period: 3 months - Please be aware that the position you are interviewing for pays a base salary of In addition to your base salary, you have the potential to earn $63 - $141 per successful candidate placement (this is 5% of the overall candidate placement fee) with the potential of up to $282 per placement (this is 10% of the overall candidate placement fee) based on your quarterly performance assessment.



After your 3 month probationary period, base salary can be negotiated based on your quarterly performance assessment.



At any given time, Teach Around has over 120 vacancies. These vacancies represent roughly $250,000 in recruitment revenue. If you perform well in your job role and place 10 teachers per month (which is very reasonable), this could represent an additional $2,862 to your monthly base salary. Essentially how much you make in your role will be defined by you. We will provide you all the tools necessary to do the following tasks:

 

Responsibilities


  • Post and update job orders through our applicant tracking software, CATSone.



  • Post job advertisements daily to groups on WeChat and on social media platforms such as LinkedIn.



  • Running ad campaigns through social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)



  • Creating marketing content and image based job posts with the assistance of Crello software.



  • Automating social media posts through HootSuite.



  • Pre-screening candidate resumes based on client specific criteria.



  • Collecting candidate documentation and filing these documents in our applicant tracking software, Catsone, based on clients specific criteria.



  • Creating and maintaining candidate profiles in our applicant tracking software in accordance with UK Data Protection Regulations GDPR.



  • Creating and maintaining lead generation campaigns using Dripify software and automation.



  • Uploading resumes of pre-screened and management approved candidates to our applicant tracking software, CatsOne, and assigning them to the correct job order/pipeline.



  • General tasks associated with maintaining and expanding the Teach Around candidate and client lead generation and automation platform.

Requirements


  • Proven experience as Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related role

  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)

  • Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Great attention to detail

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Problem-solving ability

  • Bachelors degree
