Our Real Estate VA will be working on data entry, property research, some client communication (email), and social media management. Daily Tasks may include.
-Requesting information from other real estate agents (follow Up)
-Looking up, rental comps
-Looking up, sold comps
-Data entry into a deal calculator
-Communicating information to clients (email)
-Social media posts
-Contract and document creation
To qualify you must have at least one year of experience working for a real estate agent or team doing 1 or more of the below duties.
-Social media management
-Computer Softwares, Word Processor, Spreadsheets, Presentations, Emails, etc.
-Knows how to do graphic design designs. Canva, Photoshop skill is a plus.
-Knows how to video edit using Filmora, or other video software.
-Can communicate well in English, verbal and writer (Lots of video call meetings)
-Well organized, knows how to use, Asana, Trello, etc.
-Well Disciplined and can work with minimal supervision.
-With experience managing Business Social Media Accounts
