Description of Role
Future Firm is looking for a Virtual Assistant to work directly with the company’s Founder to support him in executing the company’s vision.
The ideal candidate will assist in various parts of the company, including marketing, administrative functions as well as in customer support, though training will be provided in all areas as well.
Producing various daily/weekly/monthly reports
Engage in research projects and reporting on findings
Preparing podcast episodes for publishing (basic editing of raw audio, preparing the blog post with timestamps/transcript, etc.)
Using technology to transcribe audio files into text and making the appropriate review/edits
Preparing email newsletters and other regular email communications sent to the company’s customers
Handling inquiries and fixing issues from the company’s customers by email
Helping out with community management (ex: following up with members on failed transactions, fixing posts in the community forum that have issues, etc.)
Assisting with email management
Assisting in some marketing activities from time to time
Dealing with ad hoc administrative requests that arise
You have excellent English written communication skills
You are super organized and can prioritize your work to ensure deadlines are met
You are exceptionally detail-oriented
You are resourceful and can single-handedly solve problems that arise
You have 1-2 years of experience working with customers
You are tech-savvy (know or able to quickly learn Gmail, Converkit, WordPress, Audacity, etc)
You have some experience in sales & marketing
You’re able to meet once a week for a brief meeting in the evening
