Job Overview

I am a busy Real Canadian Estate Agent with a second agent working for me looking to find somebody who is highly organized, efficient, willing to learn and flexible. The candidate would work from 3.30am Philipino time (11.30am Pacific) to 10.30am (6.30PM Pacific Time) Mon-Sat. 3 weeks paid off a year and paid religious and national holidays would not be included in those 3 weeks. Pay will start at 850.00 Canadian and an annual bonus which will be $50.00 CAD per deal. I do between 50-100 deals a year so expect a minimum of $4,000 CAD. I am very creative, a great communicator and a good human being. However, I am ADHD and I need somebody to bring systems, follow up, and a PROACTIVE driven mindset to help me. If I won the lottery I would NOT be working so if I have to work I have a few criteria. I want to have fun and make money. If you can help me make more money and we can have fun doing it you can expect your bonus level to go up in year 2. If you are fantstic I will treat you accordingly. 

Must Have:  Ethics, Positive Attitude, Written and Verbal English, Organization, Computer / software skills, Willingness / Bravery to learn new things and an Entrepreneurial spirit. Willingness to learn on your own time till you get up to speed. 

Good To have: Experience in a CRM, Video Editing, SEO, Google Ads, Youtube, Facebook ads.

Managing Transactions (I have a system already)

Managing e-mail

Researching leads for agent to follow up on. 

Responding to basic enquiries. 

Sending out letters and cards etc (mail merge)

Transaction management


Updating content

Reveiwing leads

Optimizing ads

Connecting with potential clients / other agents as me. 

Managing The Business

Always be thinking how can we be better, how can we serve our clients better. 

Pushing Steven to do what is required.
