Job Overview

If you are a virtual assistant with expertise using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Facebook, and Instagram, and you have strong graphic design skills, excellent English, and initiative, please continue reading.

I would like support with:

* creating content for my social media pages - which I will provide guidance on

* creating graphics

* growing my connections on LinkedIn

* researching possible clients on LinkedIn

* other general administrative work which could vary in nature

Required skills and attitudes:

* in-depth knowledge of LinkedIn (preferably with Sales Navigator)

* graphic design experience with Canva or another graphic design tool, sized appropriately for the different social media platforms

* experience with growing audiences on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter

* fluent English, particularly with written English

* attention to detail

* takes initiative without constant guidance

* detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office

* trustworthy and reliable

I offer mindfulness training for individuals and companies, so I would be interested in hearing from you if you have a mindfulness background, though that is not a mandatory requirement by any means. More important are the skills to research possible clients, to create visually interesting and meaningful content, and the initiative to support a range of other duties. I am the only person in my business, other than outsourcing aspects of my business to others.

As part of your application, as an optional extra piece of proactivity, could you please do either one or both of these things (though this is not mandatory):

1. I'd be interested to see if you can find a recent article on mindfulness and summarise in one paragraph why you think it's interesting. In other words, why might I want to bring this article to the attention of my connections on social media? In your application, please include the link to the article and your summary paragraph.

2. Make a visually interesting graphic out of these words that would be suitable for social media: "How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world". Anne Frank.  Up to you as to whether you wish to include a photo, animation, or other graphic design elements to make it visually interesting.

I anticipate the role will primarily be part-time, of approximately 20 hours per week, though I would also consider freelance.  In your application, please indicate the number of hours you are available to work per day/week.
