Job Overview

Pixel Architect is a Web Development and Design agency out of Kamloops, BC in Canada. We are a highly collaborative team and are currently looking for our newest team member - A Content Creator / Social Media Manager.

This position is for a part-time of 20 to 30 hours a week to start, but could easily move into a full-time role of 40 hours per week. You will start with 20 to 30 hours a week and once you have shown exceptional work you will be brought on as a full-time employee. 

You will have to have at least 3 to 4 years of experience as a Content Creator / Social Media Manager.



These are some of the tasks you will be working on:



  • Writing Blogs, Articles, and Social Media posts

  • Content/Topic Research

  • Trend Research

  • Project and Client Management

  • Video Editing

  • Data analysis of post and content performance

  • Writing month-end summary reports

You will need to be familiar with these tools/platforms:



  • Google Workplace (Gmail, Google Drive, etc)

  • Social Media Tools

  • SEO Tools

  • Facebook

  • Twitter

  • Instagram

  • TikTok

  • LinkedIn 

  • Snapchat



Daily tasks could include, but not limited to:


  • Research and conduct outreach to Tiktok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook Creators, and other Social Media platforms where we can promote the brand. 

  • Blogs and PR outreach (online editors for being included in relevant listicles, etc.).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Influencers.

  • Propose new ways of working with influencers and create brand awareness and social engagement.

  • Report weekly on influencer activities with an understanding of key reporting metrics.

  • Develop outreach team & processes to ensure efficiency.

  • Oversee the brand’s interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms.

  • Coordinated and work with the Marketing Team to develop social media marketing campaigns.

  • Analyze the company’s social media strategy and identify strategic weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Market research and identify social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s social media marketing activities.
